These terms cover what to expect when you book a detail with TTH Detailz. Booking, contacting us, or using this site means you agree to them. We keep things straightforward.

Booking & confirmation

All times shown on the site are tentative until we confirm by text. Submitting the booking form opens a pre-filled text to 630-454-1159 — your slot is not held until we reply confirming it.

Pricing

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

Cancellations & reschedules

Drop-off appointments

We'll text you the exact drop-off address after you book. Please remove personal items, valuables, car seats, and registration documents you want kept private. We're not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we treat your car like it's our own.

Mobile appointments

Satisfaction

We don't leave until you're happy. If anything looks off when we hand the car back, tell us on the spot and we'll make it right. After 24 hours, post-detail issues are handled case-by-case.

Limitations

Some damage is permanent: deep scratches, paint defects, stained or burned upholstery, oxidized headlights past restoration, and pet odor in old foam. We'll always tell you upfront if we don't think we can fully fix it.

To the extent permitted by law, TTH Detailz's liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We carry standard small-business insurance and operate in good faith.
